CityCare is discovering the power in partnerships, through working closely with

• businesses
• other community organisations such as Salvation Army Youth Outreach Services and Teen Challenge

After people receive initial crisis services from other agencies, CityCare is well placed to help people complete a journey of restoration and wholeness.

We also have the capacity to assist people in developing their skills to establish a stable lifestyle, re-engage with society and gain employment.

We will soon open our CityCare Transformations facility which is a specialised program for those with long term addictions and life controlling issues to live-in and participate in a tried and tested environment. Initially we will start with a male only facility, however we want to eventually expand to a female facility as well.

We currently have CityCare facilities in the Valley and Logan, however we are exploring the possiblities of expanding our presence to include a facility in the Moreton region. Watch this space!
