At CityCare Counselling Centres we are passionate about helping people work through life's issues, and providing a safe place where anyone in the church or broader community can get affordable Christian counselling.
At our centres, we understand that bad past experiences can cause many people to lose faith in the field of counselling/psychology.
We do not subscribe to any one `fix-all' counselling theory, but apply a balanced approach to a broad range of theories, wherever they do not compromise the authoritative truths of the Bible.
We are primarily an accountable church-based organisation under the covering of City Church, its leadership and pastoral oversight. While our staff and counselling partners are committed Christians, we remain respectful of the diverse beliefs and opinions which are held by others in our community; treating all without prejudice.
All of our counsellors and psychologists have adequate tertiary training at a credible institution, and are endorsed by a credible church. The staff and ministry partners of CityCare Counselling Centres have been chosen as a team well-qualified to provide the level of care and skills that our clients deserve.

Fees
We believe that fees should never keep our services out of the reach of anyone. To maintain affordability, we offer a sliding fee scale, based upon your personal income.
